(Note: Orders from outside of the UK may be subject to customs fees/taxes which the recipient is responsible for paying)

All packaging is recycled and recyclable. Feel free to pass on or compost our brand cards and tie up your unruly plants with the natural string, etc.

Please allow between 1 to 5 working days for your order to be shipped, and up to 5 weeks for made to order pieces.



We really hope that you will be happy with your purchase and wear it for years to come. If there is a problem with your order please contact us via [email protected]. We’d love to work with you to resolve this.

Stock items are able to be returned within 14 days of being delivered. They must be returned with their original packaging and tags. If an item appears to be worn or damaged then we will be unable to issue a refund.

To recieve a refund, please send us an email to let us know you are sending it back. We ask that retrurned items are sent via tracked delivery to make sure it is not lost in the post. Lost items cannot be refunded.

All returns are subject to a small processing fee which is charged to us by our payment provider (sorry about this!).

Made to order pieces are non-refundable as they will have been made with the chance to offer personalised measurements, so please always check these are correct. Adjustments can be made to make sure you are happy with your new piece,  please contact us for more info.

If something is to be returned the postage must be paid by the customer. The original postage costs are also non-refundable.

We try our best to make every item to the highest standard possible, however if your item is faulty* you will be refunded in full.
